  Invitations to sessions at Palazzo Xperience when a new range arrives or when there is a theme. Come and see it on your own first, then bring the client, by appointment and with no other visit waiting.

• We come to your studio

  An hour on pre-wiring, dimensions, conduit and what usually goes wrong when we arrive late. It is a technical session and not a sales pitch: whoever attends should leave with decisions, not with a catalogue.

• Technical training, with a certificate

  Room proportions and modes, reverberation time, isolation versus conditioning, and how to read a measurement report. By the end you know what to ask any integrator, including us.

• Range information before the market

  New products, technical file revisions and discontinuations reach you before they reach the market. On a project with an eighteen-month programme, knowing a model is being dropped is worth more than a discount.

• Specification registered in your name

  The specification stays credited to whoever made it, regardless of who ends up invoicing the works. It is written down at the start and never reopened at the end, which is when these conversations usually turn sour.

• Partner pricing by tier

  Terms by tier, identical for every partner at the same level. No case-by-case negotiation, no favours, and no discovering that the studio next door had a better deal.
